Hey everyone! My name is Harry, I previously worked with one of the largest portfolio owners in South Central PA in the tertiary market. We specialized in value-add, single family residential rentals and at the time of my leaving had a portfolio of over 350 properties. Because it was a smaller company I had the fortune of being a part of nearly all sides of the business from acquisitions, to property management and sales/marketing. Now, along with my business partner, we have started an investment group of our own headquartered in Greensboro North Carolina. We have goals to scale as we did at our previous firm using all of the knowledge we have accumulated in the process.
