I'm a contractor in Southern Maine interested in purchasing and flipping residential properties. I have 12 years experience in all facets of construction and renovation along with a superior list of subcontractors to assist in projects. My goal is to begin to put my sweat equity into projects I can direct and be proud of. I am looking for investors who are willing to trust in my experience to build a solid residential home flipping company. I feel my experience in the trades will enable me to put good numbers on project flips while keeping over head low since I can do most of the work myself "in house." I basically want to use my hard work ethic and smarts to put myself on a road to financial freedom and success. Frankly, I am tired of making contractors money. I want to see the financial benefits from my hard work, period. And I want to invite the right investors to partner with what I feel will be an exciting and of course challenging journey!
