My journey started in beginning of 2022, when my lease was about to get over and the renewal price was jaw dropping. I started looking for rental apartments, but no matter how far I went from city, prices almost remained the same. I purchased a few books on house owner ship and real estate investing. 2 months in, I bought my first Condo in Seattle area for primary residence. Rehabbed it while living in it, then rented out a portion of it. Hugely reduced my living expenses, while building equity.
