I am here to learn, grow my network and provide experienced-based solutions for fellow investors. My family is fortunate to own 6 rental units. I am co-owner of an independently owned and operated HomeVestors franchise in Columbus, OH. I have experience with long distance RE investment, AirBnB hosting, traditional long-term rentals and flips in my city. I also have experience analyzing potential deals and locating funds. My goals are to add at least 25 more units to the portfolio and complete 1-2 fix-and-flips per year in order to achieve $16,000/month in rental/investment income. This would afford us financial freedom...a fantastic gift for my hard working wife who could then pursue activities more aligned with her passions. I'm happy to know about and have access to this great tool. PERSONAL STUFF ----- I'm lucky. I got to spend most of the last 2 years with my 8 and 4 year old daughters and 6 year old son. I am also a baseball coach for a local high school and coach my own you travel team in the Summer. I am a baseball fan, runner, lifter and has-been drummer.
