My wife and I are working professionals (clinic manager and video producer/photographer) who are coming to see how powerful real estate investing is. And more importantly, how fun it is! We've done a handful of deals. Currently we have a single family and two duplexes that we long term rent. I'm very interested in stepping into larger multi-family and also short term rentals. My goal is to diversify into those categories over the next couple of years. This is a blast. Thanks for all you are teaching us on this site!
