I have had my brokers license since 2001. I have been actively investing in residential real estate since 2009, I currently have 7 rental properties in the Atlanta area. I am transitioning into full-time real estate investing. I am looking to add properties to my portfolio, and to flip properties in the Atlanta market. I would love to connect with other like minded individuals, and am ready to learn as much as I can. Most of my recent deals have come from wholesalers, so I would love to meet more Atlanta wholesalers. I can give references that prove that I close deals! I am specifically interested in learning more about finding my own deals, and finding more financial resources to do more deals!
