I have spent 30 or so years in the medical device Industry, and started at a fairly early age to become interested in real estate investing as a path to financial independence. That curiousity and my concerns about retirement led me to begin investing in real estate. After our first purchase about ten years ago, I gradually became more confident in my ability to succeed in the field and more convinced that I was on the right path to reach my financial objectives. I believe that the process is repeatable, and am always open to helping the next person up the ladder.
