I purchased my first property a fourplex December 12, 2014. I purchased a second fourplex in March, 2018. Third fourplex purchased in Sept 2019. 4th purchase was a value add 12 unit apartment in Jan, 2020. 5th purchase was a 16 unit apartment building in Nov 2022. 6th purchase was an 8 unit in Dec, 2023. Last purchase was a 16 unit in March 2025. I am interested in value add buy and hold 8-32 unit apartments in the Janesville/Beloit, Green Bay, and Dane County areas. Experience: I currently own 64 units (3-4 unit properties, 12 unit apartment, 16 unit apartment, 8 unit apartment, and a 16 unit apartment) Real Estate Goals: To obtain a large portfolio of Multi family properties 4 units and above to achieve financial freedom.
