I have been investing in rental property since 2022. I currently own a Townhouse in Fort Worth, TX, a single family & a duplex in Bristol, TN. My strategy is to buy and hold. I am trying the BRRRR method for my property in Bristol. My goal is to retire from my W-2 job and live off of my rental property without creating a new 40 hour a week job for myself.
