I made my first silent partner investment 4months later which netted 9% in 6months and I learned a lot! My next investment was a Fix & Flip, but when my Real estate agent partner went MIA I was grateful that only my name was on the property and loan with full control to pivot and refinance for a long-term buy & hold strategy. I am grateful that I keep Great records and have great taste in interiors. This property's rent pays mortgage + 25%. My most recent investment is with a partner on a condo 3 blocks from the beach in Southern CA.
