About myself
I currently have two rental properties and want to position myself to purchase more when the market in Palmdale cools down and becomes an "buyer's market" once more. I am looking to learn how to manage my own properties, and perhaps, other people's properties in the future. This summer I plan on obtaining my real estate license and pursuing a broker/ management license in the near future.
