I’m entering the flipping world as a renovations interior designer in the DC/VA/MD area. I make home selections and draw digital floorplans to fix wonky layouts. As former home stager I helped prepare/mini-flip 170+ homes for sale. I'm looking to learn about flipping, underwriting deals, and collaborate with investors. Personally I've bought and sold 6 homes in the DMV, with major renovations on 3 (see below) — which sparked my interest in investing. Today I enjoy being on job sites, coordinating and collaborating with contractors and vendors, and the challenge of bringing style and better function to homes on a shoe-string budget.
