About myself
First got "the bug" to start a side career in long term buy and hold rentals in November of 2019. Since then, virtually everyday has been invested in education: Books, podcasts, videos, you name it. Have assembled the start of a team (realtor, mortgage broker, and property manager - if I go that route). Actively searching for my first BRRRR property in northern Butler county.
