I've made my mistakes and it is my duty to share those mistakes to help others make wiser decisions that will hopefully prevent bankruptcies, shattered dreams, and setbacks/delays. I'm work with a group of private investors that have allowed me to scale my real estate business. We focus primarily on fix and flips but are starting to integrate into Airbnb properties and some option to lease/own with favorable terms to the buyers. We are firm believers in doing the right thing so we make every transaction memorable for our clients. We issue competitive rates, with competitive market rentals that help first time home-buyers build equity to own the property that they are vesting in.
