Starting the new year in finally pursuing an industry I have had an interest in for some time, but was kept from because I was under the wrong impression that you needed lots of money and good credit to get started. Got myself involved in local Mentor group that has been around over 20 years and starting to take time from my everyday schedule to learn about REI. Will start in RE by focusing first in Wholesaling, trying to put to use my Private Investigation skills I have developed over the last 13 years!!
