About myself
Hi folks! My partner and I are just getting started... he's an engineer who generates our capital with his dayjob, and I'm the investing education and legwork side. Our primary goal is cashflow, and we're still researching to choose our first niche, strategy, and market. We're in Santa Monica, CA, but both have attachments to the midwest, and will probably be investing out of state.
