Hemanth Grandhige

I am a Georgia native but have lived throughout the US from Portland, OR to Pittsburgh, PA to Boston, MA. I've seen a great deal along the way and have owned homes in all of these areas. My background is in Finance and General Management. Education wise, I have a bachelors in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a MBA in Finance and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon. I got into real estate first as an investor but picked up my license along the way. I love working with other investors to find properties and help close deals. I think like an investor and know what it takes to find cash flowing properties.
