I'm a former Marine and I enjoy traveling, reading, and long-distance running. I entered real estate in 2013 after realizing that although my military deployments had allowed me to save, I was 100% invested in the stock market. Real estate started as an effort to diversify, but turned into a big part of my life. Experience: Buy and hold investor in the Baltimore area. Update Nov 10, 2015: Closed on my 16th unit today. Direct mail marketing has generated some killer deals. Update Dec 2017: Under contract for rental #27. Great year and hired my first employee. Goal for 2018: Acquire 10 more rentals in Maryland. Currently Seeking: Inefficient markets.
