Hi my name is Henry from Miami, Florida. I'm new to real estate. I've purchased homes before the traditional way but have always been interested in ways to own more property. I'm currently looking into creative ways of financing a deal and look forward to learning how to become a full blown RE investor as soon as possible. Any and all help or advise is appreciated. Experience: I have experience owning a couple of residential properties in the past. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to generate passive income through REI, attain financial freedom, have a business that is automated and running on its own without me being there so I can enjoy time with family. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking ways of funding my deals. Preferably private lending at 100% - I am also open to wholesaling properties.
