I'm an IT infrastructure engineer but I'm also very into real estate and related investments. I'm currently building my rental portfolio and also looking into online crowdfunding investment/passive income Experience: I have my real estate license since 2010, I own/manage 12 investment rental units at the moment. I have done a couple of flip projects. I now just wanna focus on making more sale commission and put it into some sort of passive income investment to generate cash flow. Real Estate Goals: Simple - to generate 8-10k passive income monthly and I'll then quit my engineer job and do more on the real estate sale/investment side.
