Real Estate Goals: My goal is to establish active income through wholesaling and assignment of contracts. Being in the market areas, I'm able to perform the legwork for other investors while earning profits and gaining education. I want to work my way up to rehabbing within the year. Currently Seeking: Investment buyers that are willing to look at my deals and build an ongoing relationship. Give me the criteria of property types of interest, and let me go and find them.
