Herve Alce

I am a Chemist in South Florida. I have a lovely wife and two beautiful children. I am a semi-professional musician. I play guitar for two churches. One on Saturday and one on Sunday. I am a choir director for my church on Saturdays and I am a gospel recording artist. I have 3 albums, 2 of which are on iTunes, spotify, google play, Amazon, etc. I am also a DJ and recording producer as well. Finally i moonlight as a tax preparer. While I was in college, I worked as a tax preparer at Jackson Hewitt. I have multiple streams of income buy nothing brings me joy like real estate does. When i was a child, my father used to take me along with him to his jobs during the summers and sometimes during the weekends. He was a general contractor with his own small business. I learned everything from electrical to drywall to laying tile and so on at an early age. I believe the greatest lesson was learning that it takes time to complete these projects. But there is nothing like it. To see a project start off as a patch of land and end up becoming a beautiful home.
