Brian Hamrick

My name is Brian Hamrick and I'm the host of the Rental Property Owner & Real Estate Investor Podcast, sponsored by the Rental Property Owners Association. I also provide investment opportunities in commercial apartments, self-storage, and non-performing notes to qualified investors. Currently my investors and I own 380 units in Grand Rapids and Wyoming, Michigan, along with a 28,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility. I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan with my wife and two kids. Real Estate investing is my full-time profession and I love it! Experience: I have 18 years of experience investing in commercial apartment, multi-family and single-family real estate. In 2017 I began investing in non-performing notes, and in 2018 we purchased our first self-storage facility, and plan on building out a 48,000 sq. ft. facility in 2019.
