Bryan H.

New Jersey born and raised. Relocated to Colorado 10/2011. I have always explored other sources of income outside my job, listened to self help books, and expanded my knowledge. Real Estate investment is the bulb that went off, and excites me to grow. I purchased my first investment in September of 2013 with intentions to live in it for 2 years and move to another buy and hold investment, and rent it out. I say I started in Jan 2014 for investing because that is when I become 100% serious and created a business.
