I manage an award winning support team, and strive to create a memorable and positive experience for all those I come in contact with. I have made it an objective to prevent customer issues before they even get to our support team, to ensure a reputable encounter in spite of a steady increase in active users. I have happily built a customer success team that reflects BiggerPockets’ core values and mission, and it continues to grow and and meet the needs of BiggerPockets greatest resource, our customers. I consistently try to develop myself on the most advanced practices, learning from trial and error, educating myself on how to manage and develop a department and site, and decisively collecting and reacting to feedback. I strategize and produce new features by conducting research on users on a regular basis. When I am not in the office, I am sitting on my porch in the mountains, playing with my puppy Zoka, and eating snacks. So many snacks.
