I'm a construction and real-estate professional in Central Florida. I own my own construction company doing residential and small commercial project. I am also an investor-friendly realtor. I have personally renovated 6 of my own properties, 3 of which I have retained as long-term holds. I am interested in long term buy and holds and intersted in MTR/STR. I have completed 2 live-in flips and have decided to shift my focus to long term rentals for wealth building. My goal is to buy 1 property per year, live in it/fix it up, and then move on to the next one. My goal is 10 doors by 2030. Slow and steady... I live in the Central Florida area (Orlando). I own my own construction company full time and partner with my Mom, Pat Stalder, on real estate deals (she is a full time real estate professional). I'm licensed for both real estate and general contracting. Very interested to get more of my own projects going and manage the construction projects myself.
