I am a mom of a two looking to gain financial independence in 7-10 years. I have a full time job so my goals will be to invest in real estate during my nights and weekends. I am relatively new at this and want to learn as much as possible and would like to secure 1-2 deals each year of small multi-family properties. My family means the world to me and not having enough time to spend with them now is really driving me to work as hard as I can to make this happen.
