I am an entrepreneurial and driven person by nature and use real estate to satisfy this passion. I have been involved in real estate from a young age, since my father owns a real estate investment company. I've been exposed to real estate and more importantly ethical entrepreneurship in many different capacities. I work full time as an engineer and invest in real estate on the side. Experience: My experience consists of some house-flips and many value-add buy and hold investment properties. I own a portfolio of single and multi family units and raw land. I am always looking for real estate deals, whether it's SFR, multi-family, or commercial I am interested; below is my buying criteria. I mostly purchase in North Dallas, Farmers Branch, Richardson, Garland, Plano and Mesquite. My typical purchases are rental properties or flips. Below are a list of my requirements: ~ SFR or Multi-Family ~ Typically $300,000 purchase price and under. ~ Minimum of 1.4% rent to purchase price ratio ~ Value add opportunity - not afraid of major renovations or foundation problems I always come with all cash and 5 day closings. I have closed on 100% of my executed contracts.
