I grew up surrounded by every aspect of real estate and we have owned a handful of investment properties in 3 different states (flips and landlording). We're now diving in harder and heavier into investing more and finding new ways to profit on RE transactions. Experience: Multiple purchases, sales & rentals (mostly single-family units) in 3 states. All great experiences. Trained in appraisal; former real estate agent, stager and project manager (still maintaining PMP certification). Husband is a former contractor and I grew up helping my dad on his flips & inspecting homes for appraisals. Currently managing our own rental properties and doing consults and investment analyses for investors to appropriately upgrade and manage their property investment projects. Real Estate Goals: Create enough passive income to allow husband to retire within the next 10 years. Currently Seeking: Considering the possibility of delving into partnerships.
