My big goal is to help 1,000,000 families become mortgage-free. Iam a graduate from Ryerson University with a Chemical Engineering degree, with over 15 years of experience working in industries including Pulp and Paper, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Waste Water Treatment Plants, and EPC companies. While in University, I purchased my first property. Every few years after, while working in the Engineering field, I dappled in real estate during my free time and since then, have acquired 16 doors in total across Canada. In 2016, I left the Engineering field and dived into real estate full time. Not only do I bring my experience with property ownership and management, I can also provide guidance with property asset management, (such as how to cut ten years off your mortgage and general contractors). I have been able to achieve this success by using the non-traditional lending since the purchase of my first property. From years of personal research into real estate investment in an effort to build my portfolio of cash-flowing properties, I have developed a strategy to buy multiple properties as an investment. From finding the property, securing the funds, developing the strategy to buy, finding tenants, and managing the daily operations are all the things I had to do and learned over the years. While coaching clients and helping families get approved for mortgages, I realized how many families didn't know how to pay off their mortgage, let alone know how much their mortgage was really costing them.
