Day Job Having recently graduated with a degree in finance, I consider myself fortunate enough to have joined an established and well performing private equity firm focused on real estate investments full-time. Since joining the team, I have worked my way into a role as an acquisition analyst responsible for underwriting, performing due diligence, and closing real estate transactions (multi-family deals w/ 200+ units). Aspirations Like many others I desire the freedom that can be created through real estate investments and hope to build a personal portfolio of income properties. Generally I view myself as a buy and hold investor, but would like to diversify my real estate investments. I recently acquired a 4-plex through owner-occupancy which will be my first deal getting my feet wet for many more in the years to come.
