Patrick Waldock

Do general contracting although bulk of business is high end painting.(Faux finishing, venetian plaster, murials, woodgraining, marbelizing, antiqueing, and custom stain work.) I run turn key investments from the assignment to the general contract to rehab it. I also give very accurate estimates on repair costs using exactimate as I grew up in a family business primarily doing rehabs. I have highly competent resources to ensure satisfactory real estate transactions from start to finish.
