I am a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of my own independent firm. I have been involved with real estate for 8+ years. I have a passion real estate on the investor side, analyzing and spotting great deals. I have worked with many, many bank owned homes including Fannie Mae and HUD. I also come from a marketing background and am proficient in most aspects of digital marketing and advertising including website design, graphic design, direct mail marketing, Pay Per Click advertising and more. My goal is to learn from seasoned investors but also provide opportunity and consulting on the Albany, NY Capital Region real estate market to interested investors looking to flip homes or buy and hold.
