Anthony Martin

Transitioning 10 year Air Force veteran. Born and raised in CA until I joined the military in 2008. I've been self educating myself about investing and real estate since 2011 when I bought my first home. I'm looking to expand and bring in enough income to support myself after I separate from the military and then continue to grow my portfolio of real estate. I spend a lot of my extra curricular time learning to fly and doing minor remodeling/updating to my current properties. I also enjoy being active in the outdoors, camping/hiking, mountain biking, and traveling through Europe. Experience: My experience is ever growing. I just purchased my second property and placed a tenant after doing some minor upgrades/repairs. I am on the hunt for property number three. I am looking to learn and grow. Real Estate Goals: Acquiring an asset pool to sustain day-to-day life and create a network that allows me to live happily after I separate from Active Duty. Currently Seeking: Mentorship, networking abilities, stable, dependable and affordable contractors, SFH, small multi-family, and anyone to help guide me towards commercial investing.
