Hello, I am a Washington State resident looking to begin my journey into real estate investing. I plan to purchase my first 1 to 3 properties this year, and have some helpful mentorship from friends that have been doing this for a few years. I am excited to have found Bigger Pockets to further enforce that getting started is attainable. I have been interested in real estate since I was 15, and bought my first house at 19, another at 21, and paused my plans raising my family and going to school. 15 more years ripped by, I bought my 3rd home and purchsed some island land my partner and I hope to develope someday. I'm so excited to do more. I hope to create extra income security, generational wealth, and re-engage in learning about real estate. We are looking at the Cleavland Ohio Market with plans to start off with a turn key single family property, get established with an agent, consider trying the BRRRR method if we find the right team, and possibly even look at commercial real estate - duplexes, 4 plexes. I look forward to analyzing properties.
