I'm a single mom growing a small business in REI on the side of my full-time w-2 job; planning to be able to quit my w-2 within a few years. I have a BA in Web Design from the University of Phoenix and +20 years in the retail industry; the last 6 years in operations management with some hiring and merchandising as well. I'm interested in niche market strategies and applying my analytics knowledge to network with others in real estate and add to my investments. I want to own and invest in multi-family starting this year. My goal is to become financially independent by the year 2025 by stacking real estate investments that cash flow. I am a new investor myself while working +50 hour weeks at my day job and intend to network with people in all areas of real estate to partner with in the future.
