Looking to be involved with local meetups to encourage others and help share my experiences. I have 1 LTR and 1 STR/MTR. I've JV partnered on a flip project during COVID. I'm a single mom growing a small business in REI on the side of my full-time w-2 job; planning to be able to quit my w-2 within a few years. I have a Bachelor's from the University of Phoenix and +24 years in the retail industry, +10 years as assistant store leader. I'm interested in niche market strategies and applying my analytics knowledge to network with others in real estate and add to my investments. I want to own and invest in multi-family. My goal is to stack real estate investments that cash flow. I am a relatively seasoned investor while working +50 hour weeks at my day job and intend to network with people in all areas of real estate to partner with in the future. Integrity is a cornerstone in how I operate and expect nothing less from those I associate with.
