About myself
I'm a CPA with a Master's degree in Taxation. I work in various fields but my specialty is in real estate tax, including the tax consequences and planning surrounding real estate development, buying/selling, rental properties (residential and commercial), passive activities, basis step-ups, and Section 1031 exchanges. I also deal with LLC agreements and choice of entity (corporations vs. partnerships, etc.) I am well versed in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) and its applicability to real estate transactions.
