My husband and I started Triple R Home Buyers late in 2016. Residential Redevelopment and Resell is our game! We currently redevelop homes in Teller County CO, and will do anything in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. We both work full times jobs, but are working to make our business our full time passion! I am also currently in real estate school to become a licensed agent. It's a busy life!! We are here on Bigger Pockets to learn and to network and find this site to be exceptionally helpful! Experience: We are newbies, but we're learning! We finished our first project and sold it on April 18th of this year. It was a 4 1/2 month endeavor close to close. We just went under contract on our second house. Real Estate Goals: Residential Redevelopment and Resell!! Once we have grown this business, we will move into buy and holds, and ultimately, I would love to have homes that are specific to short term vacation rental properties.
