We're HomeCashOffer, a small investing team based in Oklahoma City. We've been buying houses since 2019. Most of what we buy comes straight from owners who need a simple exit: inherited houses stuck in probate, owners behind on payments, divorces, and landlords who are done with tenants and turnovers. We buy as-is, which means we handle the rehab risk, the clean-outs, and the occasional surprise under the carpet. After we buy, a house goes one of three ways. We keep it as a rental, renovate and resell it, or assign it to another investor when it fits their box better than ours. Most of our deals are in the OKC metro, but we'll look at houses in other states too. We're open to JV deals and referral relationships.
