Ed Ponce

I have been doing real estate for roughly about nine years, but i never really made it my full time job. Looking back i would have to say i didnt have a good plan or i never really seeked how to learn how to market and sell. I started campaigns and never really gave it a chance to grow into anything that would give me results. I got my license and also did real estate sales, again not very consistant with my campaigns. Currently i am in my second month of marketing using YL's, Google adwords, and starting some postcards. I have read some good REI books, but i am seeking more knowledge and expertise from more experienced investors in the industry. That is how i found your website, actually i found your podcasts. I strongly believe that this is the best industry to be in to generate wealth, there is nothing like it out there and there are great benefits from owning real estate.
