I am a partner and co-founder of HomeUnion, a transactional marketplace for single family investment properties that will connect all stakeholders in ONE platform: buyers, sellers, renters, and service providers. Funded by an institutional investor, this breakthrough Internet model defines an alternate asset class to revitalize single-family homes for both investors and tenants. As President and founding member of my business and technology strategy consultancy firm UniSeva, I helped many small businesses and fortune 1000 divisions with their revenue growth and technology strategy. Some of these solutions led to creation of IP and raising funds to the tune of $60M+ from VC/PE firms. Prior to these, I was a partner at highly successful e-relationship company NexGenix and CEO at Hexaware Technologies. I am a charter member of the leading entrepreneurial organization TIE. I am also a founding member of YogaTunes, a non-profit organization that promotes the therapeutic efficacy of healing music.
