I've been in the housing industry for over 3 decades. During that time I've specialized in making my building clients profitable. Experience: I'm a residential Architect that specializes in creating homes that cost less to build without sacrificing design. I've become the backbone of my clients' success and profitability by using principles that make homes feel larger than they really are. Over the last 3 decades, I've created $4 billion of residential / multifamily construction. I credit my success in part to my unusual start. Upon graduation with my degree in Architecture, I went to work for a general contractor. That's where I learned the psychology behind sub-contractors. I managed the estimating and contract administration department for a general contractor. What really pulled the pieces together was investing in and building spec homes (really hired builder clients of mine to manage the construction).
