Hello! I am new to the REI world, but I am very interested and want to start purchasing my first property soon. I am an active duty military member with 9 years of service under my belt. I plan on staying in the service until I retire. Therefore, my REI plan and interest involve a mix of buy and hold and house hacking. I am also interested in the multifamily real estate.
