I am an entrepreneur that is involved in some diverse businesses including real estate investment, note lending, automated forex and cryptocurrency trading, and even operate a dog boarding business for fun! I'm a real estate investor that buys houses in need of rehab in certain areas of the country that are experiencing growth. I buy and hold these houses for cash flow and then ultimately sell them on owner financing or Contract for Deed. Experience: Flipped my first house with partners in 2002. Have houses in Kansas City, MO and Birmingham, AL since 2007 that I am holding or sold on owner financing or Contract For Deed. Real Estate Goals: Retired from a day job and am now going full steam ahead with my business ventures. Currently Seeking: New passive income opportunities.
