First of all, I know not every can easily pronounce my full name. So, don't struggle with it, just address me as "ViJai". Basically I am a Computer Science Engineer and worked as Web App Dev Consultant for 25 years until I quit last Jun 2021. Yes, I got out of 7-4 job and want to persue my passion. But I cannot deny the fact, IT Gig helped me to reach my current point where I am right now. Now, I am 100% Real Estate Broker and Entreprenuer with great passion to make and win deals for my client and I feel it runs in my blood. I was inspired my Grandpa when I was young he used to buy properties 50c on dollar and built his rental portfolio back in India. Now I am building my RE portfolio from savings plus funds leveraged from other Real Estate deals like Wholesale, Flips and Rehabs through my various companies under Om Group. Lets talk personal bit. I am a people person, love to talk, collaborate and make relationships which I strongly believe works out for everyone benefit. I am married to my beautiful wife Aruna who is also Loan Officer helping my deals and my clients. I have 2 energetic boys Ashwin and Akhil who are lucky enough to learn the trades at their young age. I am Toastmaster with DTM Designation for the past 19 years. Out of passion, I also passed the CFP Board exam and never get to practice CFP. I love to talk about Money Management and Financial Independence when friends and clients need help. I am goal oriented and organized individual who likes to set goals, plan and take actions. My Real Estate goal is to have 10+ SFH when retire which will provide passive income along with SSN funds to enjoy the retirement with my wife. At this point (Dec 2021), we are 100% in to our goal 9 SFH and 1 Owner finance properties.
