I am an up and coming investor in the San Diego County and surronding areas I plan to focus on wholesaling to build some capital and knowledge move into flipping and rental properties as well as some AirBNB on the side. I am Manager and operator of Nova Home Solutions LLC we focus on giving back to the community and helping those in need i am also currently active duty so my only free days are the weekends to fully pursue my career.
