I sold my RV Park in March of 2022 and now I'm looking to purchase multifamily properties. I'm interested in central Florida on the Space Coast in Brevard County in the cities of Titusville, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Rockledge, Viera, and surrounding areas. EXPERIENCE: RV park and campground development and operations as well as extensive renovation/construction experience and some SFH rental management experience as well. CURRENTLY SEEKING: My first multifamily investment property to buy and hold as well as live in. I'm looking for significantly distressed properties with value-add opportunities and the possibility to add ADUs.
