I recently moved to the SF Bay Area from the NYC area. After gut renovating, living in, renting, then selling our single family home out east (which we found to be a lot fun), my wife and I want to continue doing more real estate investing. Our immediate goal is to reinvest funds from our home sale on the East Coast and other property out east into property in the Bay Area. Our short to medium-term goal is to learn as passive and active investors in multi-family and commercial properties. On the personal side, I have a wife, a daughter and son and enjoy traveling, sports, equity investing, and tending to my small backyard fruit and vegetable "farm" as my daughter calls it.
