Daniel Hughes

I am a 25 year old who recently moved to OKC. I graduated with a B.S. in Web Design & Development from Full Sail University. I became interested in real estate when I was grandfathered into it from ownership in a partnership that owns a mobile home park and shares in a real estate S-Corp my parents passed down to me. I found that if I lived frugally, I could live entirely off of the income generated by this real estate. Seeing my share of the rents come in consistently every month while I was attending school showed me how powerful real estate can be. It changed my life and I decided to go all in on real estate. My area of focus is buy and hold real estate investing for cash flow. My 5 year goal is to increase my monthly income by $1,500 through small multifamily rental properties in Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. My 1 year goal is to acquire my first house hack duplex/triplex/quad.
