Hello BP Family! I am a local part time investor focused primarily in multi family buy and holds. I started investing in 2016 and currently hold 3 properties with 7 doors. I have maintained my business locally based on the amount of time I have but I am looking to transition within the next 2 years into a full time investor. My wife (agent) and I began this journey after starting our family and wanting the ability to spend enough time with our children. Our end goal is to create enough cash flow to allow us to live the life we want. Short term, within the next 2 years, we are looking to build our portfolio, enter into other avenues of investing in order to create more capital, and grow our buy and hold units. I look forward to meeting a ton of people, building relationships, gaining knowledge and building our wealth through the BP community.
